Today marks an important milestone in our efforts, as we are expanding our product portfolio to include transparent information on environmental impact throughout the life cycle. From March 2024, we will be offering comprehensive Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for more than 50 of our product ranges.
This initiative enables our customers to incorporate additional product and environmental information into their construction projects.
The Type III environmental label documents the
environmental impacts during production, the use phase and disposal, including upstream and downstream processes.
Our EPDs provide data that can assist building designers in assessing environmental impacts and sustainability criteria.
In collaboration with EPD Norge, the certifying programme operator, we are able to make these documents readily available to our customers. They can be downloaded directly from our dedicated microsite or found under ‘Downloads’ on the relevant product pages.
